Conversation :
B : Good morning, Mrs. May I come in?
A : Good morning. Yes, please.
B : Thank you.
A : So, your name is Maharani, right?
B : Yes, Mrs.
A : All right. I am the head of the human resource department of this company. Let’s we start this interview. Nice to meet you, Maharani. Are you ready?
B : Yes, I am. Nice to meet you, too Mrs.
A : First, tell us about your self.
B : Yes. First thank you to let me in your company. My name Maharani Galuh Paramitha. I’m 20 years old. I live in Bogor. I’m a fresh graduate from Gunadarma University. This is my first job interview.
A : Why should we hire you?
B : First, I graduated from accounting major. I have learned a lot about accounting, and therefore I apply for a job in the accounting and finance section in this company. Here, I would like to hone my skills and I will try my best.
A : Why have you been unemployed for such a long time?
B : I don’t know why. Maybe I’m not lucky, not yet. But I keep trying.
A : Tell me your ability to work under pressure?
B : I can learn the new things and my skill to work under pressures and as a team.
A : What are your expectations from job?
B : I hope I can work in this company, so I can apply the knowledge that I get in college here.
A : Describe your management style!
B : I think every employee need to motivated and pushed that can make them work harder. And I have my own style.
A : Are you a team player ?
B : Yes, I can work in a team or individual.
A : What imitates you about co-workers?
B : No one can imitate me because everyone had their own talent and skill, they would do their best.
A : How long would you expect to work for us if hired?
B : As long as I can help your company, I will be here till I can’t done my work by myself anymore.
A : How do you see yourself 5 years from now?
B : I think that my skills and talents will be conducive to this company’s success. I can also see a bright future of my career by joining this company in the 5 years soon.
A : Do you consider yourself successful?
B : Yes, of course.
A : What is your weakness?
B : I’m phobia in the dark and betrayed.
A : What is your strength?
B : My strength is carefulness, faithfulness and I love to learn about the new things.
A : What position do you prefer on a team working on a project?
B : I want to be a leader.
A : How much salary do you expect?
B : In accordance with the company and government standards. That’s enough.
A : Are you ready to be replaced anytime to other city or abroad?
B : Yes. It’s my pleasure, Mrs.
